Corn & Black Bean Salsa

15oz black beans, cooked
1 C corn kernels
½ C fresh cilantro, chopped
3 T fresh lime juice
2 T balsamic vinegar
½ t ground cumin
¼ t salt

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate up to 3 days. Yields: 4 cups
